About Farida Begum
Farida is a London based Artist and Designer, all of her work begin as photographs, which she takes
her self using a digital camera. Her work is very playful and she likes to use colour and texture
in her design work, this has been influenced by the work of Josef Albers.
Farida went to The London of College Communication (Formally LCP) where she studied a Bachelor
of Arts BA (Hons) in Graphic and Media Design, where she embraced her artistic nature.
Design interests her because it is a visual form of communication; she enjoys design because it can
be very simple and extremely powerful.
